Ingredients
  • 10 cups popped popcorn
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
Instructions
  1. In an extra-large mixing bowl add the popped popcorn.

  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together.

  3. Slowly pour the melted chocolate chips and peanut butter over the popcorn.

  4. Using a large spoon, stir the melted mixture into the popcorn until it's evenly coated.

  5. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chocolate peanut butter popcorn evenly onto the sheet. Let cool for 5-10 minutes or until chocolate has set.

Recipe Notes

Best when served within two days.  Store in a covered container.
