Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/3 cup puffed quinoa
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 drop Nutmeg Vitality essential oil
  • 1 drop Clove Vitality essential oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a small saucepan heat the honey and coconut oil over medium heat. Stirring until a low boil. Continue a soft boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

  3. In a large mixing bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Add the honey/coconut oil and fold in using a spatula.

  4. Spread evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.  Bake for 20 minutes. Stirring after 10 minutes.

  5. Store in an airtight glass container for 10-12 days.
