Ingredients
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup freshly cut watermelon
  • 2-3 fresh mint leaves (more for garnish if desired)
  • 1 12 oz can sparkling water (I use Bubly Watermelon flavor)
Instructions
  1. In a high-speed blender, add the ice, cubed watermelon, mint leaves, and the can of sparkling water.

  2. Place the lid on the blender cup securely and place the blender cup on the base. Blend on low for 20-30 seconds. Remove the blender cup from the base and pour the watermelon slushy into two glasses. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf in each cup if desired.
