Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl combine the chickpeas and all seasonings. Toss together.
Place chickpeas on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Stir. Bake for 5 minutes or until desired crunch is obtained.
Remove from oven. Serve warm or let cool completely and place in a covered glass container.
Store leftovers in a covered glass container in the pantry for up to one week.
