Ingredients
  • 1 15 oz can chickpeas, drained
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large mixing bowl combine the chickpeas and all seasonings. Toss together.

  3. Place chickpeas on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Stir. Bake for 5 minutes or until desired crunch is obtained.

  4. Remove from oven. Serve warm or let cool completely and place in a covered glass container.

Recipe Notes

Store leftovers in a covered glass container in the pantry for up to one week.
