Ingredients
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup Cassava flour or gluten-free flour blend
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup avocado oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease 9x9 baking dish, set aside.

  2. In a medium mixing bowl combine all wet ingredients.  Add dry ingredients and stir well.  

  3. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish.  Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a few cracks appear on the top of the cornbread. 

  4. Cool slightly before cutting into 9 equal pieces.
