30 minute meal
In a large skillet over medium heat add the frozen cauliflower rice. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until thawed.
Next add the shredded roast beef, kale, cilantro, lime juice, sea salt and pepper. Stir together and cook for another 10-12 minutes or until heated all the way through.
Remove from heat. Serve in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing and top with avocado slices and lime slices.
