Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8x8 baking dish and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl add the gluten-free quick cook oats, hemp hearts, chia seeds, cinnamon, and sea salt. Stir together. Next add the dairy-free milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined. Add the fresh blueberries and fold into the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Place in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before cutting into equal pieces.
Either serve the bars right away or place the bars in snack-sized baggies for grab-n-go breakfasts. They will keep for up to 5 days.
