Using a large cutting board and a sharp knife, prep all the ingredients (see ingredient list for instructions).
Add all the prepped ingredients to a medium mixing bowl.
Sprinkle the cumin and sea salt on top
Cut the lime in half and squeeze the fresh lime juice to the mixing bowl.
Using a spoon, stir the salsa together.
Cover the bowl of salsa and refrigerate until well chilled. Remove from the fridge, put into a serving bowl and serve.
