Easy Mango Salsa with Lime

Ingredients
  • 1 mango, peeled and chopped
  • 3 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 6-8 scallions, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
  1. Using a large cutting board and a sharp knife, prep all the ingredients (see ingredient list for instructions).

  2. Add all the prepped ingredients to a medium mixing bowl.

  3. Sprinkle the cumin and sea salt on top

  4. Cut the lime in half and squeeze the fresh lime juice to the mixing bowl.

  5. Using a spoon, stir the salsa together.

  6. Cover the bowl of salsa and refrigerate until well chilled.  Remove from the fridge, put into a serving bowl and serve.
