Easy Mango Salsa with Lime

IRRESISTIBLY SWEET & SPICY

Adding a few classic salsa ingredients with the sweet tropical mango and zesty fresh lime makes for an irresistible sweet and spicy mango salsa.  I have found adding a little cumin and sea salt take this salsa to the next level of spicy and sweet. The cumin gives the classic Southwest salsa taste and the sea salt brings out the mango sweetness and zesty lime.

PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER

Using a large cutting board and a sharp knife, cut the tomato into small pieces, chop the cilantro, slice the scallions into rounds, mince the garlic, and peel and chop the mango.  Add all the prepped ingredients to a medium mixing bowl.

Sprinkle the cumin and sea salt on top.

Cut the lime in half and squeeze the fresh lime juice to the mixing bowl.

Using a spoon, stir the salsa together.

Cover the bowl of salsa and refrigerate until well chilled.  Remove from the fridge, put into a serving bowl and serve.
