Ingredients
  • 4 cups gluten-free quick-cook oats
  • 1 cup hemp hearts, shelled
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup flax meal
  • 8 scoops (2/3 cup) collagen peptides
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the oats, hemp hearts, chia seeds, flax meal and collagen peptides.

  2. Fill snack-sized baggies with 1 cup of mix. Will fill 6 baggies. One baggie is 2 servings.

  3. OR

  4. Fill snack-sized baggies with 1/2 cup of mix. Will fill 12 baggies. One baggie is 1 serving.

HOW TO MAKE:
  1. In a small saucepan add 1 1/4 cups water and one packet of Instant Oatmeal. Stir. Cook over low heat for 1 minute. Remove from the stove. Serve in a bowl and top with your choice of honey, blueberries, strawberries, or cinnamon.

Recipe Notes

Store baggies in the pantry for up to 2 months.
