Cut the apples to bite-size chunks. Leave the peeling on or peel it off, your choice.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the coconut oil. Add the chopped apples. With a wooden spoon or spatula, stir the apples until they're evenly coated with the melted coconut oil.
Sprinkle the cinnamon and coconut sugar on top of the apples. Stir again. Reduce heat to medium-low. Let the apples cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring often to make sure they don’t burn.
Once the apples have softened, remove from heat and serve.
