Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup avocado oil
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 4 scoops collagen peptides
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup cassava flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Spray an 8x8 glass baking dish, set aside.

  2. In a large mixing bowl combine the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, avocado oil, and apple cider vinegar.  Stir.

  3. Add the collagen peptides, cinnamon, cassava flour, and baking soda.  Stir.

  4. Pour into the prepared baking dish.  Smooth evenly with the back of a spoon.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on the edges.

  6. Remove from oven.  Let cool completely before cutting and serving.

Recipe Notes

Fully cool before cutting.  This will ensure the bars to hold together without being gooey.
