Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 2 1/4 cups gluten free quick cook oats
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup hemp hearts
  • 1/2 cup coconut shreds
  • 1/3 cup flax meal
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large mixing bowl combine honey and avocado oil.  Whisk together.  

    Add the gluten free oats, chia seeds,  hemp hearts, coconut shreds, flax meal and cinnamon.  Using a large spoon stir until well combined.

  3. Spread granola onto lined baking sheet.  Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Stir.  Bake for 5-7 minutes or until light golden brown.  Remove from oven, stir and let cool.

Recipe Notes

Serve in bowl with unsweetened applesauce or milk of choice.  Great for smoothie bowl topping. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
