Instructions
  1. Spray a waffle iron with cooking spray.  Warm waffle iron.

  2. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients.  Stir using a whisk.

  3. Spoon about one cup of mixture into the hot waffle iron.  Cook until brown, each waffle iron will have a little different time. 

  4. Continue to cook until all waffle batter is gone.  Roughly 5 times making 20 waffle squares.

Recipe Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.  Or place in a freezer-friendly bag and store in the freezer for up to one month.  For re-heating, place in the toaster.
