Whole30 Slow Cooker Hamburger Soup
Whole30 Slow Cooker Hamburger Soup is the best comfort food with just a few ingredients. It’s budget friendly, easy to make and full of nutrients.
Whole30 Slow Cooker Hamburger Soup is one meal you’ll want to make when the weather turns cold. A big bowl of soup is the best comfort food on chilly days. Winter is just the best time for comfort food. Combining all those veggies with diced potatoes and ground beef is the ultimate comfort food in my book. We make this soup in the morning, let it cook all day long in the slow cooker, and dinner is ready right on time! I like making a big enough batch to ensure we have enough leftovers for another meal. Quick and easy meal for the busy week!
Hamburger Soup is the best budget friendly soup you could possibly make. All of the ingredients are nice and cheap at the grocery store. And if you’re already eating a ton of whole foods for other meals, more than likely you’ll have plenty of leftover vegetables to use up. Whole30 Slow Cooker Hamburger Soup is a great soup to toss those leftover veggies in to! For the ingredients I put into this soup, ground beef, potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, green beans and broth, I would estimate the total cost to be right around $12-15. You guys, that is a steal! It will make enough for a dinner and a leftover lunch (or breakfast if you’re like me!).
Add this recipe to your next meal prep session! Whole30 Slow Cooker Hamburger Soup needs to be on your next week’s menu. I have found that if I prep it and let it cook in the slow cooker one day, we can either have it right away, or it will keep nicely in the fridge for up to 5 days. It’s also a freezer friendly recipe! For all my freezer meal loving friends, you can certainly freeze it to enjoy another day. And make sure you grab the Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend next time you’re at Target. Of course you could season this soup with salt and pepper and it would still be amazing, but using a couple teaspoons of the garlic & herb blend brings some amazing flavors. The ingredients are all Whole30 compliant, and include some like dried garlic, onion, carrot, mustard, orange peel and more. You’ll be nicely surprised with this seasoning and how simple it is to bring meals to the next level with flavor!
