Whether you’re celebrating Valentine’s Day or a casual evening at home, make it a little more fun with Raspberry Lime Mocktail Spritzer.  With only these 4 ingredients:

Sparkling Water

Kombucha

Fresh raspberries

Limes

You’ll bring fun and flavor to any evening with these spritzers!

Sparkling Water:

We love having sparkling water on hand here at our house.  There are so many great flavors to choose from and with no added sugar, it makes for a GREAT base to these spritzers.  For this drink, try using a flavor like Bubles Raspberry or LaCroix Lime to have the flavors perfect.

Kombucha:

The next ingredient is kombucha.  If you make your own kombucha, great!  Go ahead and use it! If you’re going to buy one, I highly recommend GT Kombucha’s Trilogy or Lake State Kombucha’s Ginger.  By adding kombucha to this spritzer you’re getting that extra gut-healthy boost and the added flavor.

Raspberries and Lime:

All the fresh raspberries and limes, please!  Love adding fresh fruit to drinks. It adds color to the drink AND great flavor.  Slice the limes in half and then ¼” rounds. And have the raspberries freshly washed.

MAKING THE DRINK:

First, you’ll add a few ice cubes to the cups.  Next, you’ll add 1 cup of flavored sparkling water, then ⅓ cup of kombucha.  Add 4-6 fresh raspberries and two lime rounds to each cup. Give it a little stir and serve immediately.  Make these Raspberry Lime Mocktail Spritzer moments before serving to the sparkling water and kombucha don’t go flat!

Ingredients
  • 2 cup flavored sparkling water (see post for recommendations)
  • 2/3 cup kombucha (see post for recommendations)
  • 8-12 fresh raspberries
  • 1 lime, cut into 1/4" slices
Instructions
  1. Using two glass cups, add a few ice cubes to each cup.  Add one cup of sparkling water to each cup. Next, add ⅓ cup kombucha to each cup.  Place 4-6 fresh raspberries in both cups and 2 lime slices. Serve immediately.
